The Fund perspective is straightforward. We hope to share the opportunity with those who can glimpse the enormous opportunity but are unprepared to become themselves expert. The Fund is that vehicle for transforming the inkling to an action plan that will give our investment partners seat at the table and an opportunity to have a stake in this game changing technology.

We see growth for the foreseeable future, but our assessment is that the next 24 months hold the best opportunity for multiples of growth. We certainly cannot predict specifically but our sentiment is very bullish.

Now is the time to become aware of this as an investment but more importantly as a game changing technology that will change the world whether one is prepared and involved or not.

In some ways this market can be analogous to the tech market in Silicon Valley a generation ago. Many will fail others will explode exponentially.

Traditional asset classes equity, debt and real estate are inflated and have less upside potential than larger downside risks. Crypto while volatile and the upside while unpredictable is uniquely positioned to be the breakout performer in the midterm if not the short term.

Digital Assets / Crypto Currencies are the initial iteration of WEB 3.0. The Fund seeks to profit from participating by investing directly into crypto, investments in projects creators utilizing Blockchain for inventing Web 3.0, “The Internet of things”, The convergence with AI.
